Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Darling Party Rentals. By accessing our website or requesting a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All rentals are also subject to our Rental Agreement, which contains the complete terms governing your reservation and rental. If any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will control.

1. Reservations

  • A signed Rental Agreement and required payment are required before any reservation is considered confirmed.

  • All reservations are subject to a non-refundable reservation payment equal to 25% of the total rental amount. This 25% non-refundable payment applies to both standard and last-minute reservations and is required to reserve equipment and secure the rental date.

  • For standard reservations, the remaining balance is due no later than 5:00 PM the day before the scheduled rental date, unless otherwise stated.

  • Reservations made 1–3 calendar days before the requested rental date require full payment at the time of booking. While full payment is collected upfront for last-minute bookings, 25% of the total rental amount remains non-refundable in accordance with this policy.

  • Equipment will not be delivered or released for pickup until all required payments have been received.

2. Rental Equipment
  • Customers agree to use all rental equipment safely, properly, and only for its intended purpose.
  • Customers are responsible for all rented equipment from the time of delivery or pickup until the equipment is returned or retrieved by Darling Party Rentals.
  • Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, excessive cleaning, or replacement costs resulting from the rental period.
3. Delivery
  • Darling Party Rentals delivers within 30 miles of our location in Loganville, Georgia.
  • A minimum of $25 in rental items (before delivery fees and taxes) is required for delivery.
  • Delivery is free within 5 miles. For locations more than 5 miles away, a round-trip delivery fee of $2.50 per mile applies. The fee is calculated using the one-way distance from Darling Party Rentals to the event location and covers both the delivery and return trip.
    Example: If your event location is 10 miles from Darling Party Rentals, the delivery fee is 10 × $2.50 = $25.00.
  • Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, equipment issues, or other operational circumstances.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.
  • Darling Party Rentals does not move equipment inside homes, upstairs, downstairs, through elevators, or locations requiring excessive carrying unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
  • Loose animals must be secured before delivery or pickup.
4. Customer Pickup & Drop-Off
  • Customers selecting pickup and drop-off are responsible for loading, transporting, securing, and returning all rental equipment.
  • Customers selecting pickup and drop-off are required to provide an estimated arrival time (ETA) for both pickup and return of rental equipment to help ensure a smooth exchange.
  • Pickup and return appointments must be completed during the scheduled time window.
  • Darling Party Rentals is not responsible for damage occurring after equipment leaves Company possession.
5. Cancellations & Weather
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (text or email accepted).
  • The non-refundable deposit will be retained for all cancellations.
  • Any additional payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded according to the terms of the Rental Agreement.
  • Customers may request one date change more than 7 days before the scheduled rental date. Date changes are subject to availability and approval by Darling Party Rentals and must be used within 365 days of the original rental date.
  • Additional date changes may require a new non-refundable deposit.
  • Weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, cold, storms, or other weather-related circumstances, do not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • If weather affects the rental, customers may request one weather-related date change at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental date, subject to availability. Approved weather-related date changes must be used within 365 days of the original rental date, and the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to the new rental date.
6. Safety & Equipment Use

Customers agree to:

  • Follow all provided instructions.
  • Supervise minors at all times.
  • Prevent misuse or unauthorized use of equipment.
  • Keep equipment away from unsafe conditions.

Darling Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, damages, food-related issues, or losses resulting from misuse, negligence, improper supervision, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees

Customers may be responsible for:

  • Damaged equipment
  • Missing items
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Repair costs
  • Full replacement costs, including applicable taxes, shipping, and reasonable replacement expenses

Equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear from proper use.

8. Website Information

We strive to provide accurate information; however, pricing, availability, product descriptions, and website content may change without notice. Darling Party Rentals reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darling Party Rentals is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or rental equipment.

10. Rental Agreement Controls

All bookings are governed by the full Rental Agreement, including additional terms regarding:

  • Payment requirements
  • Rental periods
  • Equipment responsibility
  • Returns
  • Damage and replacement costs
  • Late returns
  • Chargebacks
  • Liability and indemnification

By requesting a reservation or booking services, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Rental Agreement.
