The remaining balance is due prior to the event date as specified in your invoice or rental agreement. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.
3. Rental Equipment
Customers are responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery or pickup until the equipment is returned or retrieved by Darling Party Rentals.
Equipment must be used in a safe and appropriate manner and only for its intended purpose.
4. Damage, Loss, and Theft
Customers are responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed equipment during the rental period.
Darling Party Rentals reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs for damaged or missing items.
5. Weather
Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions. Rental equipment should be protected from rain, excessive moisture, and other conditions that may cause damage.
No refunds will be issued due to unfavorable weather unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances.
Customers must ensure reasonable access to the delivery location and provide accurate event information.
7. Cancellations
Booking deposits are non-refundable.
Requests to cancel or reschedule are subject to availability and approval by Darling Party Rentals.
8. Safety
Customers are responsible for supervising all participants and ensuring rental equipment is used safely.
Darling Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, negligence, improper setup by the customer, or failure to follow instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability
