SETUP

Step 1: Setup & Connection

Place the machine on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the Water Drain Pipe is secured to the bottom outlet hole of the storage box and route it to a bucket or drain if indoors. Plug machine into a grounded outlet.

LOAD ICE

Step 2: Load Shaving Hopper

Lift the handle completely up to open the hopper entry. Drop solid ice cubes inside.

Note: The machine features an automatic cutoff switch and will not spin while the handle is lifted.

SHAVE

Step 3: Turn On & Press Down

Press the Power Switch ON. Firmly press down on the handle; the blades will instantly shave the ice directly into the 11-gallon storage box below. Release handle when empty.

CLEAN

Step 4: Post-Use Wipe Down

Press the power switch OFF and unplug. Use the provided scoop to empty leftover ice. Wipe the storage box  with a clean, dry cloth to remove moisture. Leave box door cracked open to dry.

PACK UP

Step 5: Pack & Return

Once the machine has completely cooled down, safely disconnect any loose components. Neatly place all items back inside the storage container to ensure everything stays together for return.

SETUP

Step 1: Setup & Preheating

Lock the stainless bowl onto the base clips. Place the dome on top. Plug in and turn Power & Heat ON. Turn the voltage knob to max (100V-110V) and let it idle empty for 5-6 minutes.

ADD SUGAR

Step 2: Add Floss Sugar

Turn the motor off briefly. Use the Sugar Scoop to add one full level scoop of colored floss sugar directly into the center of the heating spinning head. Do not overfill.

SPIN

Step 3: Collect & Twirl

When sugar webs appear (approx. 30 sec), roll a paper cone around the inner bowl wall. Then, hold the cone

horizontally above the head and twirl it to build a big fluffy cloud.

CLEAN

Step 4: Self-Cleaning & Wipe

Pour approx. 25 ml of warm water using the clear squeeze bottle into the spinning head to steam out residue.

Turn off and unplug. Once cooled, lightly wipe the dome cover with a damp cloth to rid it of stray sugar.
